UT Bar Shipping Policy — Paramount CA Direct, Adult-Signature Required

Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays) ship the same day from our Paramount, CA warehouse. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

Standing offer — no codes required, applies automatically at checkout. The threshold counts the subtotal of all items in your cart before tax. If your cart drops below $80 after a refund or removal, standard shipping rates apply.

Every UT Bar delivery requires the recipient to present valid government-issued ID showing they are 21 or older. The driver will check at delivery. If no one is home or the recipient cannot present ID, the carrier will either re-attempt delivery the next business day, hold the package at the local depot, or return it to us — depending on carrier policy.

This is a federal PACT Act requirement, not our internal policy. We cannot waive it.
