We accept claims for dead-on-arrival devices, charging faults, tank toggle or display failures, juice leaks, and shipping damage. Due to federal vape regulations and product safety, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or buyer's remorse on functional devices.

What the UT Bar Vape 30-Day Quality Window Covers
The 30-day quality window covers:
- • Dead-on-arrival — device doesn't power on, doesn't accept charge, or fails first-draw activation
- • Charging faults — device won't hold or accept a USB-C charge
- • Tank toggle or display failure — Pro 50K tank toggle stuck, or battery/juice display dead on arrival
- • Juice leaks — tank leaks e-liquid from base or mouthpiece
- • Shipping damage — packaging crushed, device cracked on arrival
What UT Bar Vape Cannot Refund or Accept Back
Due to federal vape regulations and product safety standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- • Change-of-mind / buyer's remorse on a functional device
- • Flavor preference issues (we cannot resell opened devices)
- • Devices outside the 30-day window
- • Devices purchased from other retailers (claim through the seller)
- • Devices with intentional damage or modification
How to Start a UT Bar Vape Claim — Email + Photo Process
Email service@utbarvape.com with:
- 1. Your order number
- 2. The device and flavor (e.g., UT Bar Pro 50K — Blue Razz / Lemonade)
- 3. A clear photo of the issue (dead display, leak, damaged packaging)
- 4. Brief description of what happened
We respond within 24 business hours and authorize either: (a) a replacement shipped same-day from Paramount, CA on business days, or (b) a refund processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
UT Bar Vape Refund Timing — When Money Hits Your Account
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of authorization. Funds typically land in your account 2-3 business days after that — total turnaround is usually 5-8 business days from initial email. For credit-card refunds, your card-issuer's processing time may add an additional 1-3 days.
