We collect order information (name, shipping address, email), payment data (processed by our PCI-DSS-certified payment processor, not stored in our system), and 21+ age-verification records (required by federal regulation). We don't sell data. We share with shipping carriers, our PCI-DSS-certified payment processor, and the federal age-verification third party as required. CCPA and GDPR data-deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

What Personal Data UT Bar Vape Collects at Checkout

When you place an order, we collect: name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone (optional), and the items in your cart. Payment information is collected by our PCI-DSS-certified payment processor and is never stored on our servers — we only retain the last 4 digits of the card number and the transaction reference.

We also collect age-verification records (date of birth, ID-verification third-party reference) as required by the federal PACT Act for all vape sales.

What UT Bar Vape Does Not Collect or Store

We do not collect: full payment card numbers, social-security numbers, government-ID images (third-party age verifier holds these, not us), browsing data outside utbarvape.com, biometric data, location data beyond your shipping address.

We share data with these third parties only as necessary to complete your order:
